Randy came out to check out our furnace and air conditioning. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also showed us that our furnace has a damper and how to adjust it through the seasons. We just purchased our home and thought we should have the HVAC system checked out and we are glad we did as he found a problem with the motor. My wife was complaining about a noise that she heard when the system started up and sure enough there was a problem. We are glad he came out now as opposed to when the system breaks down.
