We had an emergency situation without any heat in freezing cold temperatures. I called multiple technicians but Ace Heating & Cooling Service was the only HVAC company that could come quickly. The technician; Keith was professional and courteous and fixed our condensate pump and explained everything. We recently purchased our home and the sellers left the pump in bad shape and cut corners and he fixed it right away. We will use Ace Heating & Cooling Service in the future for our HVAC system for sure.

Came home to an 85 degree house which is set to hold at 72. Being almost 5pm I called Ace Heating & Cooling Service Inc thinking I'd get an appointment the next day or two at the earliest. It wasn't an hour until I had someone at my house diagnosing and fixing the problem with my AC. The Ace Heating & Cooling Service Inc member was extremely polite and didn't leave until sure it was fixed correctly and I was happy. I've purchased both my furnace and AC from Ace Heating & Cooling Service Inc and would recommend them to everyone.

Had yearly maintenance service and the technician did an excellent job. He did the job necessary and tweak a few nuts n bolts. The prices he charged were fair and the quote was reasonable. I was no charged any hidden fee. Very professional,, trustworthy and pleasant to work with. He recommended a cleanup of the condenser that's not covered under my contract. Highly recommend Ace Heating & Cooling Service.
