I had a very bad experience with AAA Heating and Cooling Inc. I had scheduled them for HVAC gas furnace maintenance service, after seeing good reviews on Google. The same day after maintenance, there was a gas leak in HVAC furnace, the NW natural gas company identified the issue in gas valve. I contacted the AAA Heating and Cooling regarding this issue and the service agent came again the next day to diagnose. He wanted to charge me for the gas valve part. When I told him that the HVAC system and parts are still covered under warranty, he said they don't do warranty work as it doesn't break even their cost. It is such a rip off to customers. When I told him this issue happened after the maintenance, he contacted his supervisor and told they will charge only the labor, but with a labor charge of $335 in addition to $175 that they charged for the maintenance. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Service tech were punctual and polite. And cleaned up after themselves well. The new outdoor units are much quieter than what I had before.

Josh n Silvio did install n removed gas furnace in very efficient time. Easy as very easy process aided by Caitlyn back at the office. Love the joke of the day!
