Adding another review of the person on the phone being condescending and rude and refusing to give me a part number after I said I needed the part today and they didnt have it in stock. The part cost $12, so if they are commission based its not like hes missing out on a major sale here by sharing information to help out a customer. Wont be returning to this store in the future. Dont call with questions unless you know every detail about what youre looking for.

Nor-Mon Distributing has an impressive amount of appliance parts in stock at their SE Stark St location, also the home of longtime neighborhood treasure Ankeny Hardware. When the inlet valve on my ten-year-old dishwasher recently failed, the manufacturer's website showed the part was out of stock, but Nor-Mon Distributing had it in stock and sold it to me the same day for 10% less than the manufacturer's price. Nor-Mon Distributing will always be the first place I call when I'm looking for a part.

I'm sure if you know exactly what you want and you are and industry professional they are a good shop. Don't call if you don't know what you need.

They saved me over $1500. I'm so thankful my furnace blower motor went out every where said I needed a new furnace or a new motor. I walked in with the motor one look and they suggested a little part. Took it home switched it out and I have heat. Thank you so much

This company is awesome. I called from Vancouver and drove all the way there because they had the part for my washer machine. they got me the right lock switch the first time. Thanks for getting me out of the dog house. My wife's doing laundry right now thanks to y'all.
