I can say in a responsible way that this man JACOB is the best person I have ever met. He is very humble and does not make it difficult to communicate with others. In fact, I was not supposed to get the service today, because their schedule was full, and he saw my predicament and chose to communicate with his boss, and successfully solved the problem for me on the same day. I am very satisfied with his quick answer to questions and the speed at which he solves problems. After he received his due compensation, he did not rush to leave, but helped me carefully check whether there were other potential problems. He did not show any impatience or say any hasty words to perturb the customer during his working hours. I will definitely continue to cooperate with this company, because they know how to choose the right employees.
