Erik was great! I knew it was going to be a quick check since the furnace/heat pump are very new but he explained everything else that we could take action on. And none of it felt like upsell, more about long term insurance for an expensive and essential part of my family's home. And he was nice to my pets, always a bonus!

I tend to call Sun Glow primarily for my heating and cooling needs, but I had a situation where I needed a new water heater at one of my rental properties ASAP. I've always had a great experience with Sun Glow, so I decided to call them for a quick quote and availability. To my surprise they were able to not only give me a good quote, they were also able to come the very next day. Shout out to Jeremy for making it happen! Lashaun, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time and did a great job of installing the new water heater. The job was a little tricky, but he was able to get it completed in a timely and very professional manner. He was also very courteous and good to talk with. Thanks again Lashaun and the Sun Glow team!

Final Edit after two years of frustration: So after 1.5 years of back and forth, the system finally works. It has taken this long for it to do its job. We have had to have extra heating strips installed because the unit they recommended (after inspecting the house etc) was not powerful enough to do its job. Of course, it was a high-end, new on the market one that was recommended (commission!!), so it was extremely expensive. After all this time, now that it is finally working with double digit visits and multiple issues with both heating and cooling, I have called multiple times to try and get compensation for the insane inconvenience of having a $15k unit that doesn't do its job for over a year... and the failure to recommend a unit that would actually heat and cool the house, instead pushing the most expensive model. After waiting and recalling over months, they said they could replace the unit (under warranty) even though it is FINALLY working (their installation is what messed up the unit, it wasn't a faulty unit) they will not commit to a partial refund or any kind of compensation. I have been polite and understanding this entire time, but I am beyond upset and angry at this point, almost two years later. Each time I am stonewalled and told I will be called back. I end up calling back weeks later. I'm currently still waiting for a callback from months ago. I do NOT recommend this company. Sure, everyone is lovely, but that doesn't help me at this point. I would rather have results.
