        The main staff lady tried to tell me I paid my deposit on a card, which I didnt because she demanded cash. Then she refused to give me my deposit back. She was extremely rude and a thief. Service : 1/5 More

        Very sketchy, uncomfortable, loud, and the door lock had clearly been broken and glued together instead of replaced or correctly repaired and the door didn't latch closed securely. Safety: Feels about as safe as a horror movie

        I stayed in room 352: The good: my room was clean and tidy, no signs of pests. Hotel has clearly had upgrades and maintenance, even if some of them are a bit ametuer. The bad: low hot water pressure. worn out (saggy) matress. mini fridge didn't keep things frozen. HVAC unit is loud and the fan is always on and didn't seem to keep temperature well. Security latch on the door is cracked. Just a bunch of small quality of life issues that add up to a less than perfect experience. The location seems OK. Getting into the parking lot is difficult if coming from the north. There is no elevator.
