This place is really super. It's clean. It's quiet. It's near almost anything walking. The rooms are quirky colors and amply furnished. Our room had dishes, snacks, ice maker in full size frige, big tv to plug hdmi laptop into. Water is seriously hot without a wait. Bath full wall mirrors. Pull out sofa bed. Coffee maker, ceramic mugs -no flimsy junk. Felt more like an apartment home than other hotels. The staff and the housekeepers are fun, helpful and interesting people. No swim pool, no gym, no restaurant, no concerns or grief. Nice fresh fruit 24/7/365 and in the mornings bagels, yougurt, yada yada and more. Read thru their web site, it's pro. I'd like to give them 6 or 7 out of 5 stars.

I love this hotel. Spacious, well-equipped, interesting rooms and an excellent staff. The breakfast is pretty extensive for continental. The rooms come with down pillows, which I don't care for, but they happily provided foam pillows for me. There can be a bit of overhead noise from higher floors -- if you're sensitive to that, as I am, I recommend getting a room on the 3rd floor away from the 3 stairwells.

Pros: All day access to coffee, fruit, taffy, apartment size fridge and stove/oven with fully stocked kitchen of pots & pans, utensils for whatever your cooking or baking needs might be. Decor...they managed to take an old room and give it life. Yoga mat provided. 2 tvs and a desk. Little lanai.
Negative: Black curly, pubic hair in shower, pebbles on carpet and crumbs on coffee table. Bathroom floor and wall area needed a deep clean. Made me feel yucky that they hadn't cleaned the room and although my bed looked very clean...was it???? And you cannot sit in bed at all...no matter how many pillows you just slide to horizontal. Shower had no pressure. No view. No seating on deck but it was winter so perhaps different in summer. When I brought up the uncleanliness of room at checkout and again later nobody cared enough to make it right. I should have told them to give me another room but I was already in night clothes before I realized and too tired.
Honestly, they should have offered a free stay at another time because that kind of grossness in a room is what causes people to not come back. I had gotten a promo online so had a 10% or 15% discount already (my cost was $146) and that was their reasoning for not making it right. Sorry, the discount was for a clean room not a gross one.
People were nice but because they failed to make things right they lost my business.

Rooms are nicely appointed with kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Nice selection for self service breakfast. Would use again since is very close to doctors offices. Several restaurants within close walking distance.
