        The customer service needs a lot improvement and the hotel need to update their information on the web page since nothing that they advertise is available due to covid according to the employees

        Not horrible. Lots of free parking. Room was huge. Full kitchen and separate room with the suite. Staff was pretty helpful. Keys kept needing to be remade. The pull out couch was WAY broken(way, way}. Not the best crowd (also not the worst). It's getting better. Used to be pretty scary.
