Visiting Portland from California and upon my arrival the ladies working at the front desk, Shannon, Jen, and Amanda are very nice and helpful. Their customer service is a solid 5 stars. Will be definitely coming back to this location on my next trip to Portland. Rooms: Rooms are clean and supplied with toilet paper and towels. Front desk will provide anything else you need

This is my third time at this location and I always receive the best customer service from Brenda and Amanda! Honestly they have the most consistent attitude for front desk attendants that have to deal with rude guests every once in awhile. And thats all I can ask for in Portland so Thank you as always - James

I just want to say I had to do a quick stop through Portland thanks to Angel and Amanda they worked me in a handicap first floor smoking and helped me with the few things to my room due to my handicap always a blessing
