Definitely do not come here. Its in a bad area and they charge hidden fees that youll have to pay before check in. Definitely stay away

For basic knowledge location wise you will listen to planes (great if you need to be near to Portland airport), trains and cars 24/7. Traffic sucks crossing the bridge to this island. Upon arrival I was met with unprofessional behavior. My husband checked in at the usual time and was in the room asleep at 1am when I arrived. He had called the front desk far prior in the evening to inform them of my arrival time and there was to be a key waiting for me for said time. When I pulled up to the front loading zone a young man stood in front of the entrance, playing fairly loud music from a personal speaker and smoking a blunt. As I approached he yelled out if I was checking in. I tried yelling my response, he looked confused, deafened by music. I came closer and explained what I had been told about a waiting key as my husband had already checked in. He still could not hear me even as I was now less 6ft. A cloud of smoke was puffed to my face and then he finally turned down his music. After repeating myself again I was told I won't give you a key Youll have to wake him up. So whatever, I wouldn't be mad if that's a policy, but someone said it was possible and done. Adding obnoxious behavior of shouting over music and met with clouds of smoke is ridiculous! (I'm also a smoker so c'mon) The rooms seem to have been updated minimally within some recent year or so, but surfaces beyond direct use have not so much as been wiped since. Didn't want to touch the door handle. The lampshade was busted up and the TV didn't work. The repair man did come the next day to fix TV. I stepped on a sliver of glass when exiting the shower and found a few more around the base of the toilet. Housekeeping came once in my four night stay. They only offered towels saying another cart would be a long with other toiletries ECT. That one never showed. Massive amounts of trash on the grounds(clothing, food spices cigarettes ECT similar to homes camps for visualization. One star is for nice sized balconies and one side had a nice view of the bridge to Vancouver mm

This time staying at this location has been quite a lot more enjoyable then my last stay .when I entered my room it was clean and beds were made and fresh towels ,just the way it's suppose to look when I walk into your motel room. Staff have been great and quite helpful asking if we need anything. Making our accomodations were satisfactory. I also noticed that there has been a lot of staff members around more then I've ever seen at this location that I've been coming here for over 7 years now
