Great free breakfast. Solid location, can call a Lyft/Uber to get to anywhere you likely will want to go downtown for cheap. Hot tub, pool, gym, and clean spacious feeling rooms. All the staff were kind and helpful anytime I needed something. However they should add cameras in the hallways for added security for any incidents... Not sure why they wouldn't.

I stayed one night and it was a very disappointing experience. The bathroom shower did not have the body wash refilled when I asked for it to be refilled they wouldn't bring the wash up to my room and said I had to come down to the lobby to get it (which is pretty frustrating). The shower drained very slowly and that couldn't be fixed until I already left. The bathroom was not stocked with lotion and had hair on the wall from a previous occupant. Honestly, this was the worst Holiday inn experience I have had and it felt more like bad cheap motel service for hotel prices.

2023 - Editing to add my experience regarding our upcoming second stay. They charged us for the room a week ahead of time, even though the reservation said no charges would be applied until check in. When I called the hotel I spoke with someone who was very rude. Her attitude was just nasty. We're stuck with the reservation now, but if they had not already, incorrectly, charged us, we would not be staying here again. It will definitely be our last time staying at this location.
(Review from 2022 visit) Very clean and very quiet. The staff was fantastic and everyone was helpful (specifically the staff who worked here on our prior visit.) Plenty of free parking underground. I was a little disappointed in the shower, but overall it was a very good experience.
