        just a wonderful experience all round. best staff i have ever seen - they immediately make you feel like you are home. if you are looking for the "community" experience when you travel, this is the place in portland. the owner is super awesome - he does this because he has a passion for it, and it shows everywhere. my first night there felt as if i had known everyone else in the place for years, and it was sad to see people leave. my number one recommendation for accommodation.
