image The room was large and clean. The location was great. While an older property it was quiet, clean, and overlooked the beach and their prices were very reasonable. There is a stairway giving direct beach access. It's about 130 steps though so after a lot of walking on the beach it can feel like a bit of a hike going up them, but the views are great. I will stay there again.

image Do not stay here! We had a reservation for 2 in a king room. We showed up and checked in. Front desk staff were folding towels on the check in counter. Once we got into our room, the smell was hard to overcome. The bedding, carpet, walls, vents, shower, window sills, bathrooms were absolutely filthy. There was either feces or blood smeared on the wall in the bathroom. After about 30 minutes of contemplating whether we could be comfortable enough to sleep, we began to search for anther hotel. We went back to the front desk and returned the keys. I calmly and politely said we can't stay here. The room is filthy. The manager asked me if I wanted them to go clean the room more? I declined and requested a refund and was denied. I mentioned that we took lots of photos and would be sharing our reviews far and wide. We were charged $170 and left the property after 45 mins. We had no problem finding much nicer, clean accommodations at more affordable rates. I would rate zero stars if that was an option.

image Zero!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Do yourself a favor and do not even think of staying at this DISGUSTING place. THE MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET.
We paid our full price. When we got there, the room was filthy. The coffee pot had not been cleaned. The bed was dirty. The garbage was full and smelly. So I brought the garbage, which was overflowing with rotten bananas and other rotting garbage, to the front desk. The "manager," whose name was Kerry, with white powder all over her nose, asked what I wanted her to do about it. I had initially only wanted a fresh trash can. She said she would refund me and that I could leave. I told her that I hadn't intended on leaving, that I just wanted a fresh trash can. She tossed a trash bag at me and said that's all she could do. I chose the refund and the departure.
In NO way is this a way you should handle anything like that when you hold a position in customer service. Her behavior, lack of respect, and her attitude were appalling.
According to her, they have great customer reports... you can make your own choice. But if you read this... do yourself a favor and look anywhere else.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Marty and her husband were extremely rude. They booked a king side room but had 4 people. They were over occupancy limits. I would have worked with him but is attitude was horrible. So, we asked him to leave. He is upset because I would not take his nasty attitude! We refunded him and I requested he leave the property. He is not WELCOME BACK! I expected this review! I have great costumers service and give everyone respect but will not tolerate RUDE people! Have a great day! Blessings!!!
