Surftides Lincoln City

I'm giving this hotel a score of 1, because although it's a nice place to stay and in a good location, I was accused of smoking in the room and charged $500 for cleaning fees. Don't stay here, they don't take the word of their customers.

Our room was the worst weve ever seen. Needs upgraded badly. Sliding glass doors and track to deck was filthy. Deck and chairs were covered in lots of bird poo. Before we saw everything in room I had already had to remake the bed. The mattress cover wasnt pulled up to top of bed but was down about three feet then bottom sheet was put on. Biggest issue was when I went to use the toilet and someones # 2 issue was still in the toilet. I took pics to show front desk person. We were furious and took our bags to our car and went to front desk and let them know everything and asked for money back.

Came in late and booked a last minute room, easy with no hassle. front desk was very friendly and patient.

Very clean room, easy access, everything was perfect. We especially loved the ocean view from our room!

My fiance stayed here before in the past and he said they used to be top of the line. He now says they are really ran down and needs a major uplift. He was so uncomfortable the whole time staying there. The room we had was the 2 bedroom and there were no curtains on the window so it kept us up every night we were there. Also the people above us were really noisy the whole time and night as well. We couldn't even let our kids out on the balcony because of all the pigeon poo. People were also smoking marijuana on the balcony as well which we couldn't keep our balcony door open to listen to the ocean. The hot tub stunk so bad and burned our eyes. The only thing good about this trip was the view and the maintenance man!
