Beds are comfortable, room was clean, hotel was in middle of renovation so lobby is a bit messy. Will return in the future!

Rooms were large, good customer service but our room was not cleaned, hair in shower, dirty toilet, sinks were gross not cleaned we will not be returning to this establishment again, contacted management about our room and they wouldn't refund our money given the condition of the room

Affordable lodging option on 101. Recent room renovations are a bit piecemeal so it's tough to say what the final product will look like, though all the upgrades seem to be geared towards function over form. Turning out on to 101 is a bit of a white knuckle experience but there is a nearby crosswalk that is fairly frequently used and stops traffic cold.

Good place to stay, plenty of in-room amenities and great service. Unfortunately there was a remodel happening, so the pool and spa were unavailable. It will be much better when the remodel is completed. Hopefully they will look at replacing some of the mattresses as they are showing signs of wear and dipping in the middle. Pads and foam added to the top won’t fix that problem.

We have stayed here before, so when I was deciding between a suite here or Wecoma inn, I chose the Ashley Inn because we had a great stay last time. Well we booked because we have two boys so we really wanted a pool and breakfast. They had neither. The pool was closed for renovations, and the breakfast was also, and they only had “grab and go” which they said was basically nutri-grain bars etc. we mentioned they should put these on their website and they said they did. We checked Expedia and their own website and didn’t see notices anywhere. One little bit on their site about amenities may be closed for covid, but upon check in they gave us a paper stating it was because of renovations. Had I know, I would’ve stayed somewhere else, but there was no cancellations so we got stuck. Super frustrating that we spent the extra money on a suite and could’ve gotten a cheaper room somewhere else with the amenities that we were promised
