They have always been nice and accommodating. I make reservations ahead of time. This is a small location. But Id rather come here than RDU. Ive witnessed customers berating agents here and still agents acted professionally. Kudos to them. 5 star ppl, no doubt.

After renting a couple of cars here I noticed a few things that might explain the mixed reviews: - The online booking system doesn't seem to account for which cars are actually available at the location. This obviously leads to many cases with customers not able to get the car as expected as seen in the reviews. - The staff is really hit or miss. Some are friendly, some are the opposite. Its quite clear that their training doesnt have much focus on customer service. - It pays off to come well prepared. Several times we had to point to information on the website and the online booking in order to avoid the extra charges they tried to add to the bill. Either these extra fees were deliberate or due to incompetence, maybe both. So if you just want the lowest rental price and you are willing to compromise everything else, then this might be a good option. After getting exhausted renting with Budget, we went to Enterprise instead where they actually know which cars are in stock and customer service is a priority. The difference is like night and day.
