I hope UPS goes under and only leaves Amazon or FedEx for delivery. I'd glad pay triple than ever rely on UPS delivery

UPS is somehow worse than the USPS. Do not ever ship anything with them.

I had 2 packages scanned at the same time, however only 1 showed up at my place. The other one now for almost a week is saying processing. I went to this location since this is where the packages were scanned at,and the guy working there does not give a flying s..t. No help whatsoever he just tells me to email shipper. I have never liked this company but when you get things off the internet you have no choice how it is shipped. My point is how are 2 packages scanned at a location but only 1 gets delivered? And why does nobody know anything, or want to actually help you figure out what went wrong and get you your package? Also tried calling their worthless computer operated phone line customer service and hung up as that is just as bad! Also UPS don't write an apology, try to rectify your screwup!

I'm leaving a review here because my problem is with UPS delivery in general. With all of the porch pirating that occurs these days, I would like an honest answer as to why on earth you make deliveries but do not bother to ring a person's doorbell before the driver leaves? The driver doesn't have to wait for the person to answer the door, but at least push the button as they leave. I had a $300 air fryer delivered tonight and the only way I knew it had been delivered was that I checked my email at 8pm and saw a notification from the company that I bought it from saying it had been delivered. Had I not checked my email it would have sat out there in plain sight all night. I do have a ring doorbell, but I do not have motion notifications turned on because otherwise it goes off all day long and drives my dog crazy. But with a delivery that is obviously fairly valuable, why did the driver not just ring the doorbell after delivery??? I assume there is some reasoning behind this and I'd honestly like to know what it is?
