        Horrible place. I went here to do an Amazon return because my usual UPS Store was closed. The employee, Mikal (sp?), made up random rules and said I needed items boxed when the Amazon return label clearly said otherwise. I witnessed him tell several other potential customers he wouldn't do their returns either, for whatever made up reason he thought of. I called Amazon while I was there and had it on speaker. Mikal got nervous, asked to see my phone and started changing my Amazon return. I immediately asked for my phone back and left. Save yourself a headache and go literally anywhere else but here.

        I paid $5 to print a label and drop off an Amazon return. The employee never scanned the package in, did who knows what with it and Ive been fighting with Amazon for a month to get my money back because even though I did everything I was supposed to, this store lost or stole my package without returning it

        It's about as useful as a blockbuster video this store doesn't seem to be prepared for anything and seems like they are ok with going out of business
