        Ive had a mailbox here for the past 12 years and every time I come in They are always ready and willing to take care of whatever you need as far as postal shipping or products they have great customer service so happy I am fortunate enough to have found a great business like this would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a mailbox or postal needs. Thank you guys for doing such a great job.

        These people are extremely nasty and lack any shred of customer service. So when you rent a mailbox at your local Mailboxes Etc, UPS Store or something comparable, you can call before hand and check to see if you have mail. Not here apparently, Doing so will cut into their lazy sit down time! The woman in there will lie to you and tell you they have a store full of customers and cant check for you. No biggie. But wait outside the store one day like I did today make that same call and wait for her to tell you that same lie! The unprofessionalism comes in when you walk in the store and catch this same woman talking nastily about you to the FedEx guy oblivious to who you are! Then ask her..Where are all those customers? Watch her jaw drop as she prepares to get defensive and aggressive with all the reasons she doesnt have to check your mailbox from the phone. Dont do business with these liars!The Fat guy isnt much better.If you refuse to give even a fair amount of customer service because you dont know me or like me, Its time to take my money elsewhere.Be careful they give me a really prejudiced vibe people!

      We are sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience our store. We treat everyone with respect and do our best to provide the best customer service possible. We are aware that you are unhappy that we did not check your mailbox yesterday over the phone, and seemingly everyday to every other day when you call in. There are times that we have customers in store and we are not able to check your mailbox as well as times that we are performing our other duties and tasks when customers are not in the store. When you rent a mailbox we provide you with a key and access to our location 6 days a week to manually check your mailbox. As a courtesy, time permitting we will check your box for you over the phone. However, if you call everyday or every other day it is taking time away from our daily tasks and ability to help other customers in the store. When you set up and pay for your mailbox rental it is stated in our agreement that any prepaid amount for the rental is non-refundable. At this time to help better this situation we will extend a refund to you for the remaining time left on your account. We hope this will resolve your issue and wish you the best on your ventures.
