This is my first time using Hertz, and wouldnt you know it that this location is closed! I booked online, and got a confirmation email 2 days prior to picking up the car.
I called hertz customer service to find new arrangements, after sitting on hold for 20 minutes, they advised me I would have to drive to Kansas City Airport and pay double the price of my original reservations. They said they didnt have the ability to honor the price that they offered me online.
I booked reservations with Enterprise, since Hertz was unwilling to resolve the issue reasonably.
Hertz is a garbage company, and will never rent from them.

Outstanding service, professionalism, efficiency, communications, and customer experience. Among all other car rental companies and Hertz locations, this location is the very best in the country on all levels.
A team member communicates with me before the trip, when I land, and before pick. They offer my car preference and confirm my flight details and when to expect my arrival. they are friendly and professional every single time. I highly recommend this Hertz location and its team.
