Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Alright, where do I start. I got hit in January 2024 and had to wait for the insurance company and the body shop to do its thing. Fast forward to March, I call the insurance company to have them set me up with a rental car. They told me it the reservation was ready. I got a call from enterprise 15 minutes later telling me that they wont have a vehicle until Wednesday afternoon/thursday. Mind you, it is Monday and I had to drop my car off the next day. My car is the only form of transportation that I have. So it was rescheduled for the following Monday which is today. I called early to make sure they had a car ready for me, I then called back when I was 20 minutes out of town to let them know so that they could send someone and the process could be smooth. As Im typing this, Im sitting in my car at the body shop a mile down the road and its been 1 and a half hours since I called them and told them I was 20 minutes away. I called them and they said oh sorry were short staffed someone must of forgot. If I could get a negative rating I would. This has been one of the worst customer service/services I have ever had. The staff their services and the vehicle quality is top notch. Rented for 4 days and trust me no one can do it better than Enterprise and any rentals I will be doing in future will be enterprise just pleased with their customers service and car maintenance.

I just dropped off a customer for them he rented many cars in 3 months. Some are good cars to use while others need alignment or had manufacturing issuse of wear, the user explained to me. Personally, I've used this service when a tree fall damaged my car. All was good, no issues, and great people to work with.
