Budget Car Rental

I Rented a car from them i extended my rental. in doing so that changed my reservation number. i needed the receipt so i called got not one person to help. then when they say they will transfer you to a supervisor or someone to help amazingly you get disconnected every single time. That is a wonderful trick to not have to do your job. they then told me i never picked up the car. hmmm was i driving a ghost car? I then asked if i didn't pick up the car then who billed my credit card for a thousand dollars? they then again transferred me and oddly enough i got disconnected again. i would recommend riding a bicycle with a flat tire before i would ever rent a car from budget again. and i only gave the one star because they force you to select something in order to post any thing.

Best place to rent a vehicle. Moe is always helpful and polite. He goes out of his way to assist you.

This Car Rental Company is Pathetic in every way!! Reserved Car days in advance, pre-registered with Drivers License and Credit Card info days in advance. Received numerous text messages that I was ready to go and when I got there to pick up Car they informed me I was not able to rent a Car!! Even received text hours before pick up that everything was ready! Avoid this Rental Company, go to Enterprise instead!!

Couldnt have been happier with our rental and the customer service. Jenni went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. She was incredibly nice and fun to talk to! Would definitely recommend, thank you Jenni!
