I was here to pick up a vehicle that I had reserved the same day. There was no vehicles to rent in the caterogory I reserved, there was actually only one truck to rent in the whole place. Luke, the gentleman that was working, was very paitent in trying to help with what he could. I was not able to rent a vehicle from them that day, not the biggest deal, because Luke informed me of another option (thank you) and walked me through the process in order to get a refund of the money I put down. For that, I am giving this place 4 stars, I really appreacite the customer service at this location.

First of all if I can do no star for this place I would. My husband and I booked and payed for a minivan once we got there to pick up we was told there are no more vans, they give us small suv that was also much cheaper than what we payed for minivan, I asked for my money back Luke told me he could give me $25 back, he was extremely rude and disrespectful over the phone. I asked if they could check other locations to see if there are any vans, his response was "it's spring break week there are no more vans" The car they give us was so nasty and it only had half tank of gas, they never walked out to show us the car or anything. I ended up calling costumer service and getting van that I payed for at another location. Don't do any business with Luke! I wish I could upload pictures of the nasty car they give us, I can't even begin to describe it! Luke is one disrespectful person.

Had the worst experience today. My husband was very poorly treated by the representative. He doesn't remember her name but she was working on 11/5/23 at 12pm. She is of African American decent. She was extremely rude in every way. She told him that they don't take credit one Credit cards and in no way shape or form did she show any sign of empathy or kindness for the extreme inconvenience this caused us. We called the 1800 number and they stated that there is zero reason for them not to accept the card. My husband received a free rental and a $50 off coupon for the inconvenience. However that doesn't make up for how poorly she acted in the situation. It doesn't make up for the fact that she caused us much distress for seemingly not wanting to do her job. I am now driving my husband 3 hours away ( after just having 4 teeth pulled) so he can be where he is needed to care for his mother elderly just had a stroke. To say we were just inconvenienced is an under statement. Lastly, if this office has decided not to take credit one credit cards and even the customer service number is unaware, they need this posted, prior to making a reservation, not after the damn fact. Poor poor poor customer service all around

I have been to this location on multiple occasions and continue to give them the benefit of the doubt but this place will no longer get out business. The events include 1. A car that smelled and was covered in dog hair that was not cleaned before giving it to us and when mentioned no one cared but I made them make note as I was not going to be charged their fees for someone mess 2. Constantly told to sit and wait when there is no one in sight and cars in the lot 3. Most recently showed for my appointment time and was the only one in the place. Taken over 40 minutes to get us a car as they claim none were cleaned the night before. They have now made us late for multiple appointments as they cant seem to get a car to us in less than 40-45 min even without anyone present besides us as customers. I had an appointment scheduled for an hour after the time of pick up and they still made me late. 4. They never look at the car they just hand it to you and never look at it with you to ensure you wont be charged for damages. Ive taken photos of the cars every time I get them to have proof It has gotten to the point where it is not even worth the savings of using the Costco discount of how horrid this place is run. Go to any other location as they dont care about their customers.

Do not rent from them!! They will charge you for extra miles that you didn't use. I was charged $212 for what was supposed to be under $100. I called and spoke to Luke who wouldn't help me saying anything after 48 hours they can't do anything and I'd have to talk to customer service. However, the extra charges on my card were applied after 48 hours! Ridiculous! Then when trying to talk to the customer service person overseas, I couldn't understand the lady. To the point of her hanging up on me. Incredibly unsatisfied with the quality of service on top of Budget stealing from me! And by the looks of it, Budget doesn't care because they don't respond to reviews.
