Avis Car Rental

I have had a rental agreement set up for two weeks now. I arrive today for my scheduled 7 am pickup. Because their previous customer did not drop their car off last night they want me to drive a twelve passenger van until 11 to come pick up another vehicle. Like I dont work. They couldnt even offer me a discount. These people do not offer a reputable business and only care about themselves and making money for themselves. It does not matter how they inconvenience people who are trying to utilize their service. They couldnt even offer a discount for the inconvenience. These people are not good at running their business and shouldnt be used unless you want to be mistreated and waste your time.

I rented a car from Kansas City to St. Joseph. I was told I could return a car at the night drop, so I did. I was charged for a full additional day. I keep trying to call and request help and being denied a refund for the second day when this location can check their cameras and see I even dropped if off a hour early. So instead of $125 for a rental they charged me $269. Which is ridiculous when I did everything I was told to do!! No credit for use at another time. No refund. Just told no. Their customer service over the phone said it was okay for the night drop and now that I have been charged, they are telling me no. This is the worst customer service, and I am not happy whatsoever!!

Not dependable. Didnt have vehicle that was paid for in advance with reservations over 3 months prior. Showed up day of, no vehicle and no substitute. If I had been given notice maybe could have booked somewhere else. No one with in an hour had a vehicle for our family vacation
