Nothing like having to request to leave work early to go to the bank to pick up some currency you ordered and arriving to them telling you they already locked up the money for the day. Don't say you are open until 4:30 if you aren't going to provide services until then. Also don't blame your customers by telling them you didn't know they were coming. Didn't realize I needed to give you a heads up when I was going to come during open hours to do some banking.

If you want to find a bank that almost gave you the false information without looking into their policy unless you strongly request a confirmation, if you want to find a bank that has rude stuff keep asking whether you are opening the account to get the bonus, then go to the Keybank, they surely won't let you "down". I end up not opening the account with $200 bonus, because I don't want to be dealing with a bank like that even if they offer $200 free money. Citi, BOA, Chase, UMCU or anything else would be my choice above the Keybank. Most horrible experience ever when trying to open a new account...
