I put in my card, was issued an envelope. I signed the check I was depositing, put it in the envelope and when I turned back to the ATM it wanted to give me a "voice tutorial." WHAT? No matter what I tried, it kept going back to "voice tutorial." the ATM took my card. Now I have to go back to get my card, 15 miles each way, my deposit was NOT made and when I called I am told their branch is "understaffed."
