How would you rate this CUSTOMER SERVICE today?!! - After searching Website thoroughly, no information if they take loose coins so, I dial Stadium drive 53rd Branch phone number - not a working number!!! Tried calling several times!! Rechecked listed phone number -Recording "not a working number".So, Called the Washtenaw branch number, Immediately put on hold!! On hold 6 minutes, hung up,radialed, again rep tried to put me on hold and I quickly said NO WAY, - she says she's busy with a customer! - NO WAY, I am a customer!!!! i just need to know if you can take my loose coins. - Rep proceeds to list possible other places to take coins!! - I quickly interrupt, excuse me, my question is if YOU, 53rd, take loose coins. - No , we take coins but they must be wrapped. - . End of call. - Listen to me 53rd, #1 when I call your website listed customer service number, it should be listed as the correct number and be a working number #2, when I call, do not immediately put me on hold - find out what i need and answer a quick question immediately or don't pick up the call unless you can attend to me. #3 if you have to put me on hold, do not leave me onhold for more than a minute or two - 6 minutes is obsurd. #4 your website could easily avoid a phone call by listing loose coins must be wrapped #5 I have been a 53rd customer for 20+ years and am disappointed in the past couple years decline in customer service. What happened? What changed? You used to be top notch, number 1, so good.

I called at 4:57 to try and speak to a banker and they let the phone ring 3 separate times and then at 5pm the phone lines are cut of. What good service. My big issue is when you changed your hours to 5pm you make it so that people who get off at 5pm and have an issue cannot get your assistance. Thats ridiculous!
