Horrible experience manager or who ever she is needs to be fired. Made me sign the check twice add a finger print and still wasn't satisfied it was me. I wish I could give this bank one star.

Absolutely garbage service at this branch

My parents and I walked in, we were told to wait. We waited for over 35 min before being helped. Apparently there was only one person who would be able to help us and she took over 40 min with the customer before us, and ignored us. We are customers too, this type of service is inexcusable. We were put on the side and ignored for the time. We asked after 40 min how much longer the wait would be and she said "they were here before you, you should've made an appointment". Meanwhile we could hear her conversation with the other customer, she kept encouraging the customer to do additional things to avoid helping us. We left after waiting for one hour, without receiving help. Thanks for your amazing customer service Sinjana. We will never be returning to you.
