        Your hours show you're open. I walked almost a mile in 8 degree temperatures only to see a sign on the building that you are temporarily closed. If it had just recently been closed for some unforeseen reason it would be fine but when I learned it has been "temporarily" closed for quite some time and your business hours haven't been updated, well then I guess I needed to post my frustrations.

        Ive never had a problem with them. Ive been to four different branches, including the one on N Main St, Ann Arbor, and they always did a good job. Id give 5 stars if they had a better Credit Card app, otherwise they are fine.

        Wish i could give it 0 stars. Worst bank i have ever been to. All i wanted to do was withdraw $170. First teller only withdrew $70. When i re-statted i wanted to withdraw $170, she got nasty with me. When i asked to see a manager, i was told the manager was not in for the day. I was immediatly passed over to a 2nd teller who withdrew the appropriate ammount but was told not to return because of my rude behavior. Unbeleivable! The entire staff should be retrained on appropriate customer service.
