TCF has the absolute slowest ATM machines of any bank. I don't understand how it takes an ATM at Chase less than 2 minutes to deposit 150 bills but no matter what TCF I go to it takes 5+ minutes to make a single deposit and I'm limited to 30 bills per deposit. I'm sure I speak for all of your customers when I encourage you to upgrade your technology.... Do Better.

Wish I could give them no stars. TCF is the worst bank ever, left them a long time ago, they cheat and steal from their customers, everyone I have talked to has said nothing but bad things about them. The major complaint I have heard about them is their overdraft fees and them changing their rules about available funds. You get a direct deposit from your employer and you have to wait until it clears, sometime it took a week, and if you use your bank card you got a overdraft fee for each transaction if you spend your money before it cleared. After your money cleared they would take all those over draft fees from your cleared deposit, all with out letting you know, took about $400 from me. They never informed me an a lot of their customers about their change in available funds policy.
