This isn't the most convenient location if you're driving but great for walking. The management and staff are so nice! Always very helpful when I have called in with a question. I think they're really amping up their customer service because the branch manager is always friendly and chatty, plus they all say goodbye when you leave. All and all a pretty solid banking experience.

I have been going to the main Chase branch on Main Street since it opened years ago, and I have generally been happy with the service I have received. Banking rules and procedures can cause friction between managers and clients, but the people working at this branch have always been helpful and reasonable when explaining their rules and regulations, some of which I admit to have found initially inconvenient. I was motivated to write this review by the complaints of a fellow customer in an earlier review. The advice given to that customer, as described in the complaints, seems reasonable enough and pretty much what I would expect to hear from a responsible bank manager.

I was very unhappy with my experience at this branch today. I went in to the Main St. location to cash a check. While I was there, the branch manager was the one that took care of me. I felt his behavior was very unprofessional throughout the interaction. Not to mention the fact that there are no parking spots right now (due to takeout spaces, etc. because of COVID). The issue with the branch manager was he was being extremely critical of his customer which showed poor service. First, he asked me if I was going to be getting a new ID (which was none of his business), I was using a (still legally valid and non-expired ID) from another state. I smiled and shrugged it off (holding in my annoyance at the question). Then he told me has asked because if any of his employees have a problem with it in the future that will be why (I am not sure why he brought this up anyways). Next, he told me that I should have a debit card with my account (I told him that I didn't want one for a reason). The reason being that I already have a debit card with another branch and I do not need two of them. He told me that it would make it easier when I go in to the bank because of filling out deposit slips (Honestly, it takes me one minute to fill out a deposit/withdrawal slip and it doesn't bother me, wonder if it makes it more difficult for them and that's why he said it). I don't want two debit cards in my wallet, there is no reason for it. All in all, I wish he would have kept his opinions to himself and been more professional, it made me feel ashamed to be there and very criticized. I would not of even have come to this branch but I had too because the one on E Stadium was closed today. Also, there was awkward dead silence in the entire area, maybe they could play some music to make things less uncomfortable. I think most places play light lobby music or something (even Christmas music since its November), it would make it less weird for your customers.

Had numerous problems with my checking account (none of which were caused by Chase), all of the bankers at this location were super helpful and spent a significant amount of time ensuring that everything was sorted out. Highly recommend this location.
