        Five stars all the way to Ann Arbor State Bank and mortgage officer Sean Breeden! I called Ann Arbor State Bank recently when I was shopping for a new mortgage. My realtor, Julia Brenner of ReMax, recommended that I go with a local bank rather than one of the big national names since most sellers consider it to be a much stronger pre-approval and would therefore strengthen any potential than we would make on a house (a very good thing in this tight A2 market). Wow! I was blown away by my experience. Sean Breeden was amazing every step of the way. He responded quickly, and patiently and graciously answered all of my many questions (at one point I think we had 22 emails going back and forth) and gave me such clear, direct information. I shopped other local banks as well, but no one came close to Sean's professionalism and expertise. He got me a fantastic interest rate and worked hard to help us close early. What is usually a very stressful process was, in this case, a wonderful experience. Thank you, Sean, and AASB!!
