I received excellent service from GreenStone Farm Credit re-financing my agricultural zoned property the beginning of February 2020. Besides having great rates they were thorough, cooperative, supportive, informative, and efficient. Now, three years later, I remain happy they are my mortgage holder. I just wish I had known about GreenStone Farm Credit Services when I purchased the property in 2006!

Very disappointed in the process and lack of transparency with the loan department. Expectations were not properly set up and no solutions were discussed after my denial, I heard nothing even asking a direct question. Do better

We love Greenstone. The staff has always promptly and courteously responded to our needs with professionalism and expertise.

Trying to get appraisal from company that Greenstone uses...it was sent to them on December 1, 2016 and WAS suppose to be back on the 21st. Here it is the 22nd and just finding out that the appraisal company dropped the ball and will now rush the appraisal and have it back after the holidays. This is NOT how to do business!! Very disappointed especially after I've called almost daily to check on status and got nowhere.
