Extremely poor service. Wasnt told there were no rentals available until I arrived to pick up the rental I reserved and they had already taken my credit card number for the reservation. 0 stars

Pete, (I believe his name is) at the Milford location went above and beyond to help me find a much needed rental car. He set me up to be able to grab my desired car in Marlborough same day even though he didn't have what I needed on his lot. Him & the man who helped me in Marlborough were so understanding, kind and helpful!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I made a reservation for 11:30am today I got there and they didn't have a car for me, and the guy just said, we will call you when something comes in, while the lot is full of cars. I didn't make a reservation on your time I chose 11:30 because that's when I NEED A CAR. why make me go there if you don't have a car for me? at lease you guys are good at one thing, losing costumers.
