A series of terrible interactions. Woman at desk, Amber, extremely unpleasant. Upon entering she quickly yelled at my father for taking a step into the bay, Not kindly asking him to not be there, but yelled at him. Then our vehicle wasnt ready, even though I called 3 hours prior to make sure a vehicle would be present. We were then told we needed to leave the building now so she could leave to get our car. When she came back with the vehicle, 30 minutes later, my husband followed in behind her and she had no courtesy to hold the door for him and just let the door slam behind her. Our reservation was placed via Expedia & I had an email confirmation. She then discovered there was a problem w reservation, and they were unable to fulfill it. She told us she could do nothing about it and I must call customer support. Husband then spent 45 minutes w customer support and they offered us a new reservation that was $150 more than current reservation that I already had. After 2 hours, and no car, we left very unhappy.
