This is one of the best places Ive ever rented a car from. The manager understands what customers service is about. I had gone to the location in Revere and the manager there wanted to give his customers a hard time and did not rent me a car because I had forgotten my credit card at home and did not rent me a car on my debit card, so I went to this location and the manager said no problem and I rented the car for a whole week. Thank you for being a true professional and courteous to your clients. You are awesome. I recommend this place 1000%

Reservations mean nothing. Had a reservation but they didn't have a car! Don't go there! The man behind the counter said, "reservations mean nothing, really"
