        The worst car rental experience. Have made two different reservations and have been left both times with no car and extra work needed to be done on my end to cancel the reservation. Dont waste your time.

        I made reservations for today at 12PM. It is now 12:15. They dont have a car for me. They said they will pick up one for me later. They refused to cancel my reservations and told me I will be charged. There are many reviews on here stating that they reserve cars that they dont have. See owners response. He knows he was given a 1 STAR . He doesnt care.

        Wait over an hour for a rental vehicle because they were understaffed and had no vehicles in stock , seemed like the two people working, literally just started because neither of them knew or anything was. Dropping off the vehicle was pretty easy. Did not have any troubles dropping it off quickly.
