I would not even give 1 star. People that work here are rude and unprofessional. Management is unprofessional as well and careless. Short black chunky manager with Jerry curl is pointless. Sitting there laughing with a lo there coworker for 10 minutes before greeting me. I would never step foot in this location ever again. First and last time.

*update* it took 1 hr and 15 minutes to get one single check.
This is horrible...Ive been sitting here in line for 45 minutes and havent moved... Im so confused. This doesnt happen at other Suntrust banks
