If you are Latino or Hispanic I do not recommend that you enter that bank, the person who attended me is Racist it makes me sad because she is of Morena skin " her name is Sandra I think even the name gave me wrong. He shouldn't be working there with an angry face, which I kindly told him to change his face. Angry every time I asked her something she wanted, that the only thing she wanted to know what the situation or problem was. He made me a face !!!!!!!. His partner came and I explained to him and he answered me kindly and answered my question. But that lady shouldn't be there.

I came in to open a new account. I have banked at Truist for several years now, and have not been please with the service in the area. However, my experiences changed with the high level of service I received today. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by a teller who directed me to the seating area. Before I could even sit down, the Branch leader, Calvin Todman, informed me he could assist me right away. He went above and beyond to open my account, answer questions, and set everything up while I was in office. There was nothing left for me to do at home! When he did not know a questions right away , he was very transparent and asked for support to ensure the answer was correct. I could tell that he cared about the level of service that he provides to clients. I am happy that I chose this location for my banking needs.
