        You don’t let a customer waited 20min for help. Tell them you will help them in a minute & tell them they closed. Not coming again. Bad customer service. Wasted 45min waiting for nothing.

        I have been a customer at CapitalOne bank for the longest time. Overall, banking with them has been amazing. My money never goes missing and they do not have those ridiculous charges in the form of maintenance charges like some other banks do. I love this bank.
