      image They told me it takes a a week if you requests to withdraw cash in relatively big amount. Very scary and very inconvenient, because once you put your money in there, you do not have control. I request the same amount in BOA, and they were able to fulfill my request during a random walk in with no problem. Truist Staff ate mean, they do eyeball rolling at you multiple times. In short, I am closing my account.

      image Just tried to call to payment from a service I am unable to unsubscribe from. Truist tried to charge me 35 dollars just to be able to cancel.

      image This is excellent Truist branch. I have 2 business and one personal account here. The manager, Joseph, is outstanding and has been extremely helpful. The tellers are all professional and provide quick and friendly service.
