Wow. Since spoken with SEVERAL people who would never go to this branch because of the lack of professionalism, nadt attitudes..by the way THE MANAGER is who 4 ppl who ive met concurred with me. All had their personal account of the Manager and the other employess. That manager needs to be fired.

The stuff not willing to help ,disrespectful, on all questions they say no -we cant do this. Asked to print out summery of the account, summery of the transactions with signature stamp on blank of Bank of America and notarize one page. No , no , no we cant do that.

Excellent service from this location by various employees throughout the years! My family and I have been customer's since this location was Nations Bank!

Never any problems at this branch. Sometimes there is a line but it usually goes fast. I mostly engage with the tellers, not the customer service area but everyone is nice and professional.
About others posting comments of discontent, if you feel you get less than stellar service, approach the manager and work it out. Dont come online and gripe as that never gives the bank the chance to make you happy.
