Same issue as others, no one helped with my account opening and asked for an appointment. Disappointed that no action was taken!

11975 Reisterstown road branch First time I opened the account in this bank but iam very disappointed very unprofessional staff specially cashiers service is very poor maybe i close my account in future

Nobody even tried to help me. They said I have to schedule my appointment. Never had this issue with different banks.

You know when you're in line and thought to yourself, I should have used the drive through... I applaud the Wells Fargo Tellers for their professional manner in dealing with that one person who has no common sense with Banking. Or this individual was just being sketchy. Who knows? Just glad the drive thru Teller came to my rescue and I was able to make my deposit. We all shook out heads after this individual left. Lol
