193,000 and I guess I'll 'find out' how far it goes before it konks out... Car dealers are doing well I'd assume; good for them. They always sell every car for more than it's worth; now, a lot more than it's worth. Don't worry, they'll sell you 'Gap Insurance' to cover the cost of vehicle replacement should you do something like total it... You paid a lot more than it's worth but your insurance only covers what it's worth; lol! Car Stealership

Dropped my vehicle off the night before and put my keys in the box. Had an appt for a 10am oil change. At 11:20am, I still had not heard anything about my car. I called twice with no answer. Decided to go to the service dept at 11:30 to check on it. The woman in the service dept had no idea by car was there since she had not checked the overnight box for any keys. She immediately got my car in and it was done by 11:55. Thankfully since they close at 12. I appreciate her getting it in and giving me a discount. It is frustrating though since we were waiting for my car to be done so that we could leave town for our plans for the day.

This is the worst dealership I have ever felt with. The purchasing process was ridiculous and very unorganized. Two weeks after buying the vehicle we were contacted about needing more paperwork to complete the purchase. I THOUGHT THATS WHAT YOU DID BEFORE YOU LEFT WITH IT. Not to mention the RUDE customer service. I was literally in tears of anger by the time I hung up. A month goes by and we still have no license plate or paperwork. Called the county clerk and they have yet to receive anything. Call the dealership and they have to call us back to figure out their mess. RIDICULOUS!

Randy Ousley was awesome he went above and beyond what we expected his kindness's and consideration was more than what I have ever received from a dealership sales rep I think he deserves a raise or a bonus.
