My salesman and everyone that helped in the process were very helpful and made my car buying experience very smooth, stress free, and actually enjoyable. My salesman and staff were very respectful, kind, friendly, and helpful, all the things that you could expect for amazing customer service. They put me in a used car that I could afford within my budget that I absolutely love! They arranged to have me picked up and brought to the dealership since my previous car had just become undrivable and the whole process only lasted an hour, which to me as a single working mom trying to get a new car and get back to work was imperative. I would definitely recommend Marshall Chevrolet to anyone, whether it be family or anyone looking for an easy, stress free car buying experience. They even gave me a warranty on the engine and transmission for the entirety of my loan on my car that has well exceeded the mileage of its factory warranty. The piece of mind that this gives me is worth more than words can express.
