image This is Bonnie Mora I purchased a 2021 Chevy Malibu in April of last year it has since had a blown engine which they said it wasnt under warranty when they told me we had one and we went and got a new one without fighting McFarland about it but now it needs a new transmission and that is insane an expensive car should not have such expensive repairs and a car dealership should honor there warrantys

image I had my oil changed 5k miles ago and they told me the rear brakes were wearing then and should've been changed before they got this bad. Initially I was going to be charged two separate charges of $150 for them to even check my brakes/pads and determine why my check engine light, abs sensor and traction control lights were on. I've only had the truck since December and sold you guys a car with new heat resistant brakes and rotors front and back. I had to pay out of pocket over $500 to get the truck fixed which was an extra extra expense. I will not do anymore business here because it seems you only want to keep taking more money from me after you made tons of money during my trade in.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you've had a bad experience. It is normal to inform our customers of any charges that may apply so they are aware of them upfront. Anytime there is multiple concerns it can get complicated as to what would be covered under a service contract or considered normal wear and tear. Our staff do their best to keep these things separate, but must have come up short on this visit.
