      image Mark ODea is an excellent salesperson, he was very kind and knowledgeable in every aspect of my purchase. I couldnt recommend Sutherland Chevrolet more than I do now. Although I purchased a used Ford F150, I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again. Mark made the transaction smooth all the way through, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left in my new to me truck. Hes a real asset to this dealer, especially in these times of trying to find a deal. Never felt pressured or sold on any unwanted add ons or markups. Thank you again Mark, Matt and Gerry in finance.

      image Sutherland was the first dealer we stopped at thinking about visiting 5 around Lexington. We found a vehicle we liked and said thank you going to look at more. We went to 3 other dealerships and actually walked out on a salesman while he was BS'n with the manager. We messaged the salesman that were on our way back and he was very gracious in saying we'll see you soon. We test drove the car and bought it this dealership doesn't care about how much you spend it's all about the quality of service and your happiness. Believe me, I don't like car dealerships. Sutherland Chevrolet is family that just so happens to sell cars while you're there. Check them out and ask for Kevin.

      image Ive had the truck less than 10,000 miles and had two oil changes. So my truck should have been inspected 3 times since Ive bought the truck and he told me yesterday that I needed all new brakes and rotors because the pads were so far gone they are into the rotors. How was this just now discover? Leads me to believe the service I thought I was supposed to be getting was not done correctly or this issue wouldve been caught long before. Now its going to cost me a lot more money than it should have.
