Ive been renting cars from Avis overland Park for the past 8 years Mustafa Ali has been amazing always has a smile on his face always makes me happy even when he sold out on cars, he always makes magic happen im very happy I will continue going to Overland Park for all my business need thank you for everything you do for your customers

The staff was one employee at the time the vehicle was picked up. On the other hand, the vehicle and seats were dirty with an odor. The front tires had never been balanced. The steering wheel shook badly when driving. Front headlight was fogged.

Stay away from this place (7218 W 121st St, Overland Park, KS) Very unprofessional and rude. This location should be shut down. To begin with, the office was unoccupied when we arrived. Doors were locked, the guy finally showed up after we waited 20 minutes outside the door. Upon checking in for a "Full Size, Toyota Camry", he said that he only had two cars available. Either a Toyota Corolla or a Ford Edge. Those were the only two choices that we were given and never offered a lower quote for a smaller vehicle, nor was he apologetic in the least bit. When we asked him to call around for us and ask another location, he refused and said he didn't do that. He brushed us off when another customer walked in, more or less told us to go away. I rarely get angry, but this guy really ticked me off. We were left scrambling to find another vehicle and glad we left because we went to another AVIS location on Metcalf & 83rd. (We had previously rented here before, even back then we were given to rent a very clean, new SUV, 100% customer satisfaction) I may add that this location on Metcalf & 83rd honored the same quote and put us in a brand new Chevy Malibu, it had a new car smell. Heed the warning folks, this place is terrible. Even the office smelled like someone had been living there.
