Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Working with Barry to rent a van was phenomenal. His customer service is unmatched and made the otherwise stressful trip planning experience that much less troublesome. I had called four other locations and was having a lot of trouble with the renting process but Barry was able to resolve all of them for me. He was personable, professional, respectful and empathetic. Process of check in and drop off was smooth and efficient.

Absolute worst service. Im an emerald executive. Booked online, received an email confirmation. When I arrived to pick up the car they said they had none available and they were unable to help me. They said once they reach their reservations they cant close their system. Which makes no sense for a huge corporation. I have yet to meet an enterprise employ that has a customer service or problem solving skill set.

When others let you down... COME SEE EMIL SPRIGGS AND BARRY! So here's the situation; we reserved a vehicle online with enterprise (at another location), but something happened and no vehicles were available - so we were stranded! We called other locations to no avail. Then we called Emil and Barry. They were truly sorry for what happened, located a vehicle for us to drive and even upgraded us for no charge because of the original inconvenience! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Barry even gave us wonderful directions and information on sites to see while in town. So often these days customers are "just a number" and the art of customer service is lost - but NOT with Emil and Barry! From now on, anytime we're in town, they're our go to people!
